Hey there, I’m Courtney.
I’m a Creative Director with 17 years of marketing experience, the last nine of them in a leadership position. In my current role as Creative Director at VaynerMedia, I lead a segment of the Consulting business where we’ve achieved a 46% year-over-year growth in 2023. In my nine years with the company, I have worked on everything from consumer packaged goods to beauty to tech to fashion. Previously, I held roles as an Art Director at Martha Stewart and a Copywriter at Bloomingdales.com.
Though I specialize in art direction and graphic design, I am also an avid collaborator who can marry creativity and cultural relevance with strategic insights to craft compelling narratives. After all, I was a professional copywriter before I went back to school for design. As a leader, I provide my team with empathy, clear direction, and a source of inspiration, all shaped by the incredible mentors who have guided me along the way.
Outside of work, you can often find me immersed in collage-making or capturing photos of street art. I guess you could say that, whether at work or in my hobbies, I’m always on the hunt for the next great story to tell.
