SAP SUCCESSFACTORS

SAP had just acquired SuccessFactors, an HR software platform, and it was struggling to create relevancy and demand. At the same time, HR needed to step away from their screens and engage more meaningfully with their employees, all the while generating greater value for their businesses.

We gathered insights from SuccessFactors’ sales team regarding their lost deals, as well as research on their target audience. Our creative approach was to change the perception of HR with a #HumanRevolution campaign, portraying HR professionals as the true heroes of their organizations. Drawing inspiration from “I Quit” movie scenes combined with a comedic spin, we brought a human touch to the least-human HR brand.

As a result, we produced 600 ads over the course of 60 days, significantly enhancing sales and improving brand favorability.
